We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will play a vital role in driving HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and values
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues, such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance
Oversee the administration of benefits and compensation programs, including the design and implementation of new programs
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address workforce trends and opportunities for improvement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
