Job Description
- Responsible to handle/entertain and welcome guests and visitors at the reception desk and direct them to the concerned after issuance of the cards and proper entry in the Register.
- Ensure employee’s entry in building with ID cards
- Ensure employee’s hand punching at the time of entry & leaving office premises.
- Proper maintenance of visitor’s record.
- Responsible to enter all incoming mail through Courier/Postal Service in the Register and distribute the same to the concerned.
- All departments send their outgoing mails Courier/Postal Service to Receptionist for onward delivery to courier service.
- Ensures guards/janitorial staff are posted at right place along with keeping check and balances that all of them are present.
- Assist the Communications Officer in handling the PABX system .
