Greenwich Bell Resource is a UK based company providing internet research and outsourced recruitment services to a UK client base.

We have a vacancy for Trainee Recruitment Consultant to service our UK clients. Working from our DHA, Lahore office you will develop knowledge about the UK recruitment industry by working on client assignments

Main responsibilities:

• Interacting with UK clients to understand their vacancy requirements;
• Internet research to source candidates from online job portals;
• Post vacancies on online job portals and manage responses;
• Match CVs with vacancy requirements;
• Telephone screening candidates;
• Updating and managing client CRM system;

Skills Required:

• Graduate caliber, preferably with degree in computer sciences/business administration;
• Excellent English Language skills (written and spoken) with a desire to develop fluency to a business level standard;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good internet searching skills;
• Desire to develop career in the international recruitment arena;
• Ability and desire to develop strong client relationship skills;
• Self motivated and team focused individual with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
• Must possess a high level of personal and professional integrity in line with our core values;
• Previous experience of working with a BPO would be a bonus;
