We are hiring Customer Sales Representative for our well reputed organization (Grow Pure Communications) Call Center

Basic Salary (25000 to 55000) +Incentives

Weekly Bonuses

Ramazan Timings (8.00pm to 3.00am)

After Ramzan :( 6pm to 4am )

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner

Data entry in various platforms

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Note: A Candidates with 2 + years of call center experience will be preferred .Freshy can also apply.

Medical

Candidate must have good communication skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Must Be able to speak fluent English
