Job Specification
This post will be responsible for Providing recruitment support to Key clients Post jobs on betterjobs and shortlist applications received against jobs as per the criteria provided by the client. Search CVs from betterjobs database; verify candidates by calling them and other related activities as per requirement. Attending customer queries and helping them. Accompany senior team members on client meetings and trainings on betterjobs online recruitment tools. Develop and maintain warm & strong client relationships, encouraging clients to use betterjob as their primary recruitment platform. Keeping abreast knowledge of market trends and timely share relevant information with management to improve products and services. Gathering and updating client information/interactions on online CRM software. Carry out other operational activities as assigned by management. Must have excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
