Experienced International Recruitment Manager

Fast growing International recruitment business is looking for a high potential and talented individual to join the business to help us develop onto our next stage of growth.
Your role will be focused on working closely with potential clients and candidates, mostly across Pakistan and the UAE into Western Europe.
Initially you will be involved in helping develop our candidate & client base - sourcing and managing a candidate portfolio covering all of Pakistan, UAE and all EU nationalities as well as developing relationships with client contacts. You will be involved in developing our commercial offering to a variety of different parties.

We need our portfolio of candidates to reflect skilled professionals from every country throughout the globe and our client portfolio already includes some of the largest and most successful businesses in Asia, the UAE and Europe.

Working for a fast growing business you will be an individual who is searching to take on a lot of responsibility at an early stage in your career.
Once established, you will be expected to help grow the team and potentially to set up new offices, therefore, preference is given to candidates who are flexible to travel and to relocate internationally.

It is essential that you have the ability to work closely with individuals from a multitude of different cultures so experience of living and working in countries outside the UK would be most welcome. Preference will be given to candidates who have fluency in other languages.

Individuals with a minimum of two years of international recruitment and sales related experience as well as university graduates and experienced recruitment consultants are all welcome to apply.
