Job Description: Virtual Assistant (B2B)
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with potential clients via phone and email
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing technical support for internet, voice, and unified communication services
- Logging and tracking customer issues in our CRM system
- Build relationships with clients and understand their business needs
