- Direct Financial Budget, Personnel & Operations - Ability to work on tight schedule - Ensure Operational functions of all outlets - Promote Growth & Meet Financial Objectives - Ability to make Operational plan according to the available budget allocated - Making diversified plans according to different regions (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) - Ability to work hand in hand with the marketing & Sales Personnels
