As a Customer Service Dispatcher at Empire, your primary responsibility is to ensure seamless communication between our clients, drivers, and operational teams to deliver exceptional transportation experiences. You will play a crucial role in managing incoming service requests, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating the efficient dispatch of taxis and limos.
