Pros:
`NUST HR stands as the icon of best practices of faculty development and growth to ensure that they offer students the latest knowledge in their disciplines to prepare them for the greater opportunities ahead in their future careers. The faculty at NUST is actively engaged in research activities and providing an environment of practical learning
Cons:
When we talk about a ‘university’, it would be foolish and utterly naïve of us to ignore a vast range of cultural, educational, athletic and social activities available to students.  Somewhere between the years of 2000 and 2005, voices rose from behind the barricades of the college of EME, representing the population of military cadets, posing the question of discrimination. It was conceived that the average intellects that were made to compete against the high merit-position holders, had little to offer given the time that was ripped off of their chests. Going to bed early, having to get up in the morning early, performing regular jogging drills, forcibly participating in the evening games, etc, caused them to lose time for study which the civilians cherished on the other hand.  They wanted an even competition and hence the inter services selection board committee (ISSB) was summoned for answers. Their study showed that instead of lagging behind, the cadets were in fact, creating an even competition, if not better. The results were met with amazement as they negated the contrast of  civilians going back home and having long nights to put in to their studies, apart from their entire days being consumed by nothing but the studies as well.
Advice to Management:
f you want to be considered a great employer--and you certainly should--providing your employees with higher pay, better benefits, extensive training, and greater opportunities are definite factors.
