The Agency is in the business of providing specialized recruitment services including but not limited to searching for potential candidates for vacancies within firms, companies and other forms of corporate entities, having regard to the job specification / Description and other requirements disclosed by its clients (the “Services”)
. 2) The Services of the Agency also include, introduction of client’s organization to potential candidates as and when required, during the process of screening, identifying potential candidates, screening, initial interviewing, candidate introductions, interview coordination and negotiations of terms of employment.
3) The Client is desirous of appointing the Agency and the Agency accepts its appointment as an outsourced recruiter of the Client, on the terms and conditions hereinafter contained.
