Hexa Engineering is looking for an Office Secretary for a new corporate setup in Islamabad. The position is a critical support function to the organization to enable it thrive and grow. Some responsibilities include:
1. Arrangements of the logistics for the team as and when the need arises.
2. Serving as a focal point in procurement processing for various teams across organization.
3. Identification of administrative issues and their timely and continues improvements.
4. Assistance in preparing and maintaining the supporting document for payments and financial reports, payment execution, and monitoring payment status.
5. Administrative and logistic support to the team.
6. Managing petty cash, issuance, and record keeping.
7. Developing and managing systems for storing and organizing files and records.
8. Making utility bill and other payments.
9. Participating enthusiastically in various programmatic functions to support the organization.
10. Taking phone calls, email handling, social media handling, scheduling meetings and appointments etc.
The candidate should be proficient in english (writing and speaking) and should have good technical writing skills. The candidate should be skilled to operate MS Word and MS Excel and should be able to compose and send emails and handle social media platforms.
