Job Description: Evening HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee the performance management system and ensure effective communication and implementation of performance objectives
- Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain employee records and handle employee benefits and compensation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
- Support employee development and training initiatives
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the IT industry
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in Pakistan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
