Job Description

  • To Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
  • Resolve conflict within groups.
  • Identify training needs and its development tools.
  • Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
  • Diagnose potential organizational problem areas
  • Design and identify training needs and development tools
  • Create competency models.
  • To develop succession planning modules.
  • Design departmental Hierarchy & JD's.
  • To Coordinate with other Head of Departments.
  • Create effective strategic planning methods.

Job Specification

  • Preference wll be given to Manufacturing / Textile Industries only.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Excellent MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint Skills are must.
  • Ability to meet targets.
  • Ability to accept challenges and initiate new tasks.
