Sales Support Executive

• Deal with customers or prospects who contact a company’s sales department.
• Handle orders by telephone, email or mail and check that they include correct prices, discounts and product numbers, contacting customers to resolve any queries.
• Have to make good customer relationships and enables the field sales team to spend more time selling.
• Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.
• Sales coordinators also act as a first point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages when sales representatives are not available.

• No experience is required.
• .Sales coordinators require excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
• Contact the technical department, for example, to deal with any product or technical queries.
• To ensure that sales and marketing activities are integrated, they work closely with marketing.
• Maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team.
