- To ensure healthy coordination with all the branches heads with regards to get aware day to day queries. - Prepare Job Description of all employees’ with the consensus of respective department heads. - Prepare and maintain department wise organogram and submit it to HR manager at the end of every month Prepare Job Offer, Appointment, Confirmation & Warning Letters. - Make internal memos. - Looking after the HRMS software. - Attendance management of all staff which includes head office, factory, warehouses, service centers, branches nationwide. - Maintain proper filing according to departments. - Prepare Full & Final Settlements of parting employees. - Working on ISO compliance and maintain whole human resource administration record accordance with 9001-2008 ISO standards - Responsible for all HR correspondence with employees, providing support and resolving concerns on day to day bases.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION:
- Develop a Pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. - Responsible for post hiring activities. - Monthly submit headcount report to HR Manager. - Engage in Recruitment Activities
- Check attendance of all branches through by polling attendance data from Machine software in FRP file. - Make payroll of whole company which include head office, factory, warehouses, branches & service centers. - Coordinate with the branches for the disbursement and transfer of salaries. - Check all employees overtime sheet and submit to the accounts department after getting signed by HR Manager.
