onewood is looking for a HR Manager with strong focus on technical recruitment to join HR department. The key responsibilities for this role include technical recruitment, organizational planning, employee development, compensation, employee relations, safety and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes.
- Maintain Database of all candidates and Pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors.
- Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends, recommending benefit programs to management, designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by keeping up with industry trends in IT and Computer Science, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and technical leads in the organization.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Technical recruitment experience ideally in a technology firm.
- Ability to develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
- Experience of hiring and maintaining permanent staff.
- Experience of hiring and maintaining contractors (part time), remote staff using services like Upwork etc.
- Professional testing and interviewing cycle for candidates and screening IT resumes.
- Worked with HR systems
- Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to maintain company’s record.
- Knowledge of Labor laws and regulations.
- Detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal, listening and speaking skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven and ambitious individual willing to take up workplace challenges.
Qualification and experience:
- 03 to 07 years of proven work experience in the human resource department.
- BSc/MBA/BBA in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant field.
