Job Specification
A consummate professional with a dynamic personality and a warm, approachable style.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent experience.
- 2 years or more years of Human Resources experience in a leadership role.
- 1 year or more years of experience managing team member relations, compensation, benefits administration, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of building relationships with team members at all levels.
- Current knowledge of all applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
