Enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Devise and deploy competitive compensation & benefit framework for the company
Structure and implement a training & development program to improve employee performance, create a smarter workforce and yield the best results.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection and performance management system.
Cultivate professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource regulations
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
Experience in human resources or related field.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in educating and coaching staff.
