Plan, direct and coordinate human resource management activities of an organization to maximize the strategic use of human resource and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, selection, personal policies, administration procedure, performance management and regulatory compliance.
Job Specification
Must be well aware in HR Policies and administration procedure, should have knowledge of labour laws & Industrial Law of Pakistan. Should be excellent in english spoken and written. Should be pleasent personality, with strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent hands on computer specially in MS Word, Excell & Powerpoint.
