- Preparing and posting of vouchers on a daily basis - Preparing bank reconciliation - Prepare and dispatch monthly invoices to customers; - Contact customers by phone to follow up on receivables; - Co-ordinate with sales representatives for collection of receivables; - Resolving any customer billing/receivable related issues; - Ensuring customer ledger is accurate and up-to-date; - Ensure all customer files are complete and correct documentation is maintained

The candidate must be a B.com with at least 01 year of experience as a cashier. The candidate should be willing to work in shifts.

Female candidate required. Handling of all billing and finance related activities. Manage logistical aspects and contracts etc.
