Job Title: HR Executive

Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources department. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, recruiting and hiring new employees, managing employee compensation and benefits, and providing training and development opportunities. The HR Executive also plays a key role in ensuring that the company complies with all applicable labor laws.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Oversee the recruitment and hiring process

Manage employee compensation and benefits

Provide training and development opportunities

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws

Conduct employee relations investigations

Advise management on HR matters

Represent the company at labor relations hearings
